This Las Vegas pet friendly hotel is located across from the Hard Rock Hotel, and offers reasonable accommodations with the consistent product of the Travelodge chain.

Location: Off-Strip
Amerisuites prides itself on being pet friendly, but only allows small pets. This hotel offers large suites at standard hotel prices in Las Vegas.
 

Four Seasons Hotel

Location: Las Vegas Strip
One reason that the Four Season is considered the best by just about every hotel rating survey, is that it treats everyone like a king, even your family cat or dog.  All pets at the Four Seasons are greeted with fresh goodies upon arrival.

Howard Johnson Airport Inn
Pet Notes: None
Pet Charge: $50 one time fee.
Location: Off-Strip, McCarran Airport
This hotel is very flexible on its pet friendly policies.  This Las Vegas motel offers close proximity to the airport as well as freeways. The Howard Johnson Airport Inn is the only Howard Johnson in Las Vegas that allows pets.  The other location does not.

La Quinta Hotels
Pet Notes: 25 lb. maximum size pet
Pet Charge: None
Location: Various Off-Strip locales
All La Quinta hotels in Las Vegas are pet friendly.  Be sure and abide by the 25lb. weight restriction or be prepared to tip.  There is a convention center location as well as neighborhood locales.

Residence Inn by Marriott – Las Vegas Convention Center
Pet Notes: Management Discretion
Pet Charge: $50 fee plus $10 per night
Location: Off-Strip, Convention Center
Residence Inn by Marriott Convention Center is friendly to pets and has stated that it tries to be as flexible as possible in terms of the size of your pet.  This hotel is a great location for the business and convention traveler to Las Vegas.
