Convention & Meeting Space - Exhibition
These Las Vegas convention hotels offer exhibit and meeting space of over 500,000 square feet each. 

Mandalay Bay Resort
This convention center hotel features free standing exhibit space, is state of the art, and houses 1.5 million square feet of exhibit, convention and meeting facilities.  This mixed use facility is able to accommodate a small conference, as most of the hotels in Las Vegas do, but now also features exhibit space with 30 foot ceilings, over 1million square feet of trade show space, the country’s largest pillar-less ballroom, and  a plethora of other mixed use facilities to accommodate conventions and expositions of any impact. The Mandalay Bay Convention Center also offers easy access for load-up and load-out with its proximity to I-15 at Russell and to McCarran International Airport.

MGM Grand Hotel & Casino
MGM Grand features over 500,000 square feet of convention space. The new crown jewel of the MGM Grand’s convention and conference space is the conference center located on the East side of the property.  This space features multi-level space with up to 28 foot ceilings, the Grand ballroom, which is over 60,000 square feet, and a 10 acre park to facilitate outdoor exhibits and events.

Venetian Hotel & Casino
The Venetian hotel is home to the Sands Expo Convention Center, boasting over 1.8 million square feet of exhibit and conference space, of which over 550,000 of it exhibit space at the Sands and the rest making up conference and meeting space at the Venetian hotel. Over the years, The Sands Convention Expo Center has hosted CES, COMDEX, and a range of other expositions and conventions. The Convention center features 3 exhibit halls each almost 200,000 square feet. It’s location next to the Venetian hotel, makes it convenient for conventioneers to hold meetings, dinners, and side conferences in the accompanying ballrooms and conference rooms.

Convention & Meeting Space - Large
The following hotels in Las Vegas offer convention and meeting space of over 100,000 square feet each.

Bally’s
Convention Space: 40,000 square foot event center; 3 ballrooms over 65,000 square feet, and a host of other conference and meeting facilities.

Bellagio
Convention Space: 22,000 square foot Bellagio Ballroom; 45,000 square foot Grand Ballroom; The Monet room with a capacity of  900 attendees, and the “O” theatre which will accommodate over 1700 guests.

Caesars Palace
Convention Space: Over 5 ballrooms totalling in excess of 50,000 square feet with the Palace Ballroom the largest with 28,000 feet; The Pavilion houses over 49,000 square feet with capacity for over 7,000; numerous smaller salons for intimate meetings and conferences.
